Free standard shipping on orders over
$50: Delivered in 7 business days. Insured for loss or damage.
Standard shipping for orders less than $50 = $4.95: Delivered in 7-10
business days. Not insured for loss or damage. Delivery confirmation only.
No exceptions to this policy will be considered.
Insured shipping for orders less than $50 = $10: Insured for loss or damage
and delivered in 7 business days.
Shipping to a residence
is when the product is being delivered to a residential address only.
Shipping to a business means that
the product is being delivered to a commercial or retail location, not a home
based business.
You will be notified by UPS by email when your order has shipped.
If an item is back-ordered, you will be
called. We hold orders until all items are ready to ship. Extra
charges apply if separate shipments are required.
PLEASE PHONE IN RUSH ORDERS. EXPRESS SHIPPING CHARGES WILL APPLY. A
rush order is considered a shipment that needs to arrive within 3 days or
less. Charges are as follows:
Overnight: From $50
Second Day: From $25
Three Day: From $15
PLEASE FAX IN OR PHONE IN INTERNATIONAL ORDERS OUTSIDE OF THE USA. Shipping
charges to Canada are $20 USD via UPS Ground. Shipping charges to other
countries start at $50 USD via UPS or Fedex.
RETURN INFORMATION
Returns must be
preauthorized WITHIN 24 HOURS OF RECEIVING SHIPMENT by calling
1-800-590-4970. Returned goods arriving in damaged condition will not be
refunded.
For BRILLANTE, ACCENTE, and ESTRELLA
please choose colors carefully. This product is custom made to order and is
NON RETURNABLE and NON REFUNDABLE.
A 15% restocking fee is charged when items
are returned but not exchanged.
